Bellik Matriarchs are enemies encountered in the Bounty of Blood, a downloadable content (DLC) add-on for Borderlands 3. They are quadrupedal, equine-like, animals only found in Obsidian Forest on Gehenna.
Background
Bellik Matriarch are among the largest and most powerfull types of their species. They spawn charged either with shock or radiation element. Armored specimens are very rare sight.

In addition, Bellik Matriarchs can generate clouds charged with their respective element. These clouds follow the Matriarch creating a buffer zone which can inflict considerable damage to enemies entering it. Even after the Matriarch is killed, these clouds remain active for a short period of time.
