Badass Psycho is enemy encountered in Borderlands 2.
As opposed to the common psychos, they have a disproportionately enlarged right arm and a severely stunted left arm. They are armed with a piece of pipe which they use as a club to melee their victims or to throw them at out-of-reach targets. They are surprisingly durable, highly mobile and can inflict massive damage.

- In True Vault Hunter Mode they are renamed Super Badass Maniac, and in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode they are renamed Ultimate Badass Lunatic
