Badass Psycho is enemy encountered in Borderlands 2. They are much larger than the normal varieties, have a disproportionately enlarged right arm and a severely stunted left arm.

Badass Psychos are armed with a piece of pipe which they use as a club to melee their victims or to throw them at out-of-reach targets. They are surprisingly fast and can inflict heavy damage.

- In True Vault Hunter Mode they are renamed Super Badass Maniac, and in Ultimate Vault Hunter Mode they are renamed Ultimate Badass Lunatic
