Badass Pirate Captains can be seen wearing a decorative leather overcoat and hat. They wield a cutlass in the right hand and a black power pistol in their left. They can prove very dangerous even when faced alone. Their pistol can be devastating if a Fatemaker is too close. When they are about to use their pistol, the guns fuse is seen lit, the gun fires 5 pellets (damage defers on the amount of pellets hitting a Fatemaker). They can also perform a dangerous whirlwind attack. This attack can down a Fatemaker quickly. Maintain distance from them as much as possible.

The best way to deal with these pirates is to attempt to knock them over with a strong melee weapon or shotgun and quickly fire on them.
