Avatar of Hephasia is a unique, non-respawning Coiled mini-boss encountered during the mission The Ditcher and guards the Fire Crystal needed to resurrect Salissa.
Avatar of Hephasia behaves very similar to a Coiled Ironskin preferring to use her massive, fire halberd to charge and swipe at the Fatemaker, but capable of spitting fire at a distance. Uniquely, the Avatar of Hephasia is capable of slamming her halberd into the ground creating a pool of fire, followed up by a massive AOE beam of fire shooting into the air.
Trivia
Despite being a manifestation of Hephasia, Goddess of Fire, Avatar of Hephasia does not wield her legendary flame-whip, Lashfang.
Hephasia may be a reference to the Greek God of blacksmiths and fire, Hephaestus.
