Asher's Rise is a legendary sniper rifle in Borderlands 4 manufactured by Maliwan. It is obtained randomly from any suitable loot source, but has an increased chance to drop from The Oppressor located in The Killing Floors - Point of Interest, Dissected Plateau in The Fadefields on Kairos.
