Anton Smith is the President of the Torgue Corporation, heading up its board of directors. After Mr. Torgue sold the intellectual property rights to his proprietary firearms designs for twelve dollars and a high-five, Smith and the other directors kept him on as CEO for marketing purposes. Smith appears in The Horrible Hunger of the Ravenous Wattle Gobbler to protest Mr. Torgue's increasingly damaging actions throughout the short DLC pack, even threatening to fire him, though this seems not to come to fruition.
