Anointed X-2 is a respawnable mini boss in Borderlands 3. He is first encountered in Hector's Lament area of The Anvil.
Background
Anointed X-2 is a Fanatic who has been anointed by Troy or Tyreen and granted special powers. Unlike other annointed enemies who are only infused with Eridium, Anointed X-2 is infused with corrosive element as well.

Notes
- Prior to the July 23 2020 patch, Anointed X-2 was a non-respawnable enemy.
- Anointed X-2 has an increased chance to drop the legendary The Companion and S3RV-80S-EXECUTE pistols.
- Anointed X-2 will only spawn after completing Malevolent Practice.
