Anointed Enforcers are COV enemies encountered in Borderlands 3.

Strategy

Instead of holding a shield, Anointed Enforcer has the ability to create an energy shield forward that effectively blocks any damage. He cannot attack while doing that. There are 3 main strategies to deal with him:

Ignore him, wait for the duration of energy shield ends;
Attack him from his back while he is distracted by someone else;
Use splash weapon to hit surfaces around him.

Notes

In Mayhem Mode, they are renamed to Anointed Militant.
