And They'll Tell Two Friends is a viral achievement in Borderlands and normal achievement in its enhanced version.

"Play in a co-op game with either an employee of Gearbox or someone who has this achievement."

To get this achievement players need to be in a game with someone who has it or play with one of the Gearbox Software developers. The Gearbox staff are identified with the prefix GBX on their gamercard.
Enhanced
To get this achievement simply join a game with at least two other players.
Notes
- The Xbox 360 and Xbox One achievement gives "10" gamerscore.
- The PS3 and PS4 trophy gives a "Silver" trophy.
