Amelia is an NPC from Borderlands: The Pre-Sequel.
Background
Amelia is an adventurer on the run after stealing some loot from gang of scavs led by her boyfriend Boomer and is now hiding in the Cave Canem in Outlands Spur. Fearing that she will be outnumbered and outgunned by Boomer's gang, she activates an old DAHL distress beacon. Janey Springs picks up the signal and sends out Vault Hunter to investigate.
