All the Guns is a tier 1 Gamechanger in Claptrap's Fragmented Fragtrap skill tree. It allows Claptrap to use Gun Subroutines, special randomized enhancements that increase stats with a certain type of weapon, and decrease damage for all other gun types for the duration of the Frag Stacks. When the Frag Stacks run out, Claptrap will switch to another subroutine. Certain skills such as Cryogenic Exhaust Manifold and Float Like A Bee can remove and add Frag Stacks, respectively.
