The 3DD1.E is a legendary Oz Kit manufactured by Hyperion. It is dropped by CL4P-L3K if he is selected to be destroyed in the side mission Eradicate!.
Special Effects
Beep boop beep. – When equipped and in combat, the user will occasionally be healed and receive repairs to his/her shield. Also during combat, 3DD1.E will occasionally shock enemies. Additionally, 3DD1.E will occasionally make small beeping noises during combat.
If the Vault Hunter who has 3DD1.E equipped kills an enemy, there is a chance for a "care package" to spawn from that Vault Hunter. The care package looks like a shield booster pickup which, after bouncing a couple of times, spawns a small quantity of ammo, money and/or health vials.
Trivia
3DD1.E is a refrence to ED-E, an AI controled eyebot from Fallout New Vegas - the Oz Kit will sometimes emit a sound that is simular to the sounds of ED-E.
CL4P-L3K - the enemy from which 3DD1.E is dropped from - is a refrence to The Daleks from the popular TV Series - "Doctor Who".
