0ne Sh0t 0ne Kill is a tier 3 skill in Zer0's Sniping skill tree. It grants bonus gun damage from the first shot fired from a fully loaded magazine.

Notes

• This skill is most useful with a gun that reloads frequently and/or quickly such as Pistols and Shotguns manufactured by Jakobs. This pairs well with Decepti0n, as the player can reload in relative safety while moving into position for the shot. Using it along with powerful sniper rifles is also a possibility since it will allow Zer0 to kill an enemy with a single critical hit.
• As the Infinity only has 1 bullet in its magazine at any time, it will always be given the damage bonus,
  • Variants of the 12 Pounder that only have a magazine size of 1 also benefit from this skill due to its increased reload speed.
